Hudson's Smokehouse: A Delicious Southern Barbecue Experience

Great pulled pork and sides. Great prices. Plentiful portions. We ordered off the menu, did not go to buffet. Highly recommend.

I ordered a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving and it was delicious! They also have good sweet potato casserole!! I plan to get some more food there to help with Christmas dinner!

The atmosphere is really good. It’s really plain and simple country buffet. The food was outstanding. The server that waited on us carry KERI was excellent and all in all I give it a four not quite five but I give it a four the chicken and the fried chicken is outstanding. I hope you enjoy

The food was delicious and fresh but the hostess tried to sit us in the bar area and I didn't care for that because my husband nor I drink. Also it was plenty of room in the regular dining area , so I refused after she aggressively offered 3 times. I'm not really sure what that was about. But our server was great and he lightened my mood. Because I started to just leave.

WOW! Do not miss Hudson’s!! We are from KC & know BBQ! I had the buffet - imagine the BEST carry in dinner with amazing cooks!! My husband had the pull pork dinner. Our TOTAL was $26!!! $26! For two adults!!! Still can’t believe how cheap it was!! Left full!!! Best service! Friendly staff! Clean. Family friendly. My only regret is not grabbing a t shirt!! Thank you Hudson’s for great start to our trip!

This barbecue restaurant is a great place to eat and visit with friends and family. We visited on Thursday evening and arrived at about 5:45. There was a wait as we were leaving. You could choose to order from the menu or eat from the buffet. We all ate menu items. The portions were generous and delicious.

We eat here often. The buffet is absolutely delicious. They have lots to choose from. BBQ hash, pulled BBQ, fried chicken fried fish, baked chicken, rice, potato salad, cold slaw, butter beans, the best cream corn, collards, cabbage, green beans, too much to list. The dessert selections are banana pudding, chocolate delight that is só good. Great ice tea. They do get busy and the line is usually long, but they have some benches to wait. They have parking and handy cap ramp. Best buffet in town.

We had a large party of eight that came in on a Friday night around 5:30 PM. We were seated quickly in the bar area, where Ashley was quick to greet us with a smile. She was helpful in helping me decide which of the six or seven beers on tap to order. I went with a Mexican lager (Buenaveza), which was quite good. We decided to try the rib appetizer, so we got one wet and one dry for the table. I sampled the sauced ribs, and they were tender and moist. Most of the table ordered the buffet, but I came to try their cheeseburger. After Ashley‘s endorsement, I ordered a simple Smokehouse Burger with cheese, and requested it be cooked medium rare. She said, “I’ll try”, so maybe this is one of those places that doesn’t really do that. When it came out, there was no pink in it at all, but despite that, it was quite good! I would definitely order it again. I normally take pictures of the menu, but I forgot. It was, however, the same menu that is on their website. I think the rest of my party enjoyed the buffet. The service from Ashley was great!
